On behalf of Pageants NW, we are proud to announce the new 2008 MISS IDAHO USA winner, Tracey Brown (Miss Post Falls USA), a 21 year old senior at Whitworth University in Spokane Washington where she is studying journalism and political science. She is from Post Falls, Idaho and graduated as salutatorian from Post Falls High School in 2004. She is currently an intern at KXLY channel 4. After graduation in May, Tracey plans on pursuing a career in television news reporting. The new 2008 MISS IDAHO TEEN USA winner is Shareece Pfeiffer (Miss Bonneville County Teen USA), a 17 year old senior from Idaho Falls where she has lived since she was 3. She is the daughter of Phillip and Shandra Pfeiffer. Shareece has many talents including singing, acting, dance and cheerleading. She is no stranger to the stage and has been performing since she was very young. After high school she plans to continue her education in the entertainment industry, and pursue her passion with acting and singing. Shareece will represent our state at the 2008 MISS TEEN USA® pageant to be held next early spring and Tracey will compete for the 2008 MISS USA® title around April 2008. Many sponsors helped contribute to prize packages valued at about $50,000 in cash, prizes, awards and scholarships!
Rounding out the Top 5 in the MISS IDAHO USA®; 1st runner-up Melissa Weber (Miss Meridian USA), 2nd runner-up Jennifer Isley (Miss Idaho Falls USA), 3rd runner-up Lisa Hamman (Miss Boise USA) & 4th runner-up Courtney Conner (Miss Ada County USA). Rounding out the Top 5 in the MISS IDAHO TEEN USA®; 1st runner-up Lindsey Puglisi (Miss Salmon USA), 2nd runner-up Betsy Tuel (Miss Nampa Teen USA), 3rd runner-up Kaitlin Charles (Miss Boise Teen USA) & 4th runner-up Jessica Liercke (Miss Mountain Home Teen USA). The special awards went to; Miss Congeniality (Vanessa Bratcher – Miss Nampa USA & Lindsey Puglisi – Miss Salmon Teen USA), Miss Photogenic (Courtney Conner – Miss Ada County USA & Betsy Tuel –Miss Nampa Teen USA), Miss Spirit Award (Crystle Partington – Miss Pocatello USA & Dani Beckstrom – Miss Eagle Teen USA) and the Academic Award (Dani Beckstrom – Miss Eagle Teen USA).

NEW YORK, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Paula M. Shugart, President of the Miss Universe Organization, announced today that the 25th Annual Miss Teen USA® Competition will be held in Pasadena, California. The event will be held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on August 24th, 2007 and broadcast live nationwide on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
Located at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains, Pasadena is just 15 minutes north of downtown Los Angeles in sunny southern California. During the pageant period, friends, family members and fans are expected to visit Pasadena and millions will tune-in to watch the live telecast.
Montana native, Katie Blair, Miss Teen USA® 2006, spent her reign this past year traveling the nation as a spokesperson for various teen issues as well as participating in numerous community service projects around the country. Blair will crown her successor at the conclusion of the two-hour prime time telecast, before an estimated viewing audience of 250 million. Each contestant from all 50 states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. The show will conclude with one girl ultimately being crowned Miss Teen USA® 2007.
The 2007 Miss Teen USA® pageant will take place within the walls of Pasadena's greatest indoor sports and entertainment facility, the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Built in 1931, the historic theatre is one of the most revered performance halls in the nation.
Along with Executive Producer, Donald J. Trump, and veteran television writer and executive producer Phil Gurin, the Gurin Company will again produce Miss Teen USA® 2007. Gurin also serves as Executive Producer and is the Co- Creator of the upcoming NBC primetime game show, "The Singing Bee."
The Hilton Pasadena is the official Host Hotel of Miss Teen USA® 2007.
